Inspo was an outing I did last weekend where I visited a medieval village and watched a lot of reenactors put down their hoses for better ventilation and I absolutely loved the concept!!!
fyi the whole “telling people a funny story about your childhood but they’re horrified because the story actually just illuminates how awful your childhood was” -thing is about stuff you were not aware wasn’t a normal part of childhood. Those are the situations where you are just as surprised by other peoples’ reactions as they are about you being so casual about it. It’s unintentional.
Doing the thing on purpose where you tell about something horrible from your childhood that you know is going to shock and upset people, but wording it as if you were telling a funny story, isn’t funny cute or quirky. It’s just rude. I know that none of you were taught manners because your parents didn’t love you, but upsetting people on purpose for no reason is rude.
